Student & Family Privacy
Landmark Academy is committed to safeguarding student and family information. We collect only the data necessary to provide academic services, comply with accreditation requirements, and communicate with enrolled families. MilestoneMap™ data is stored on the family’s device for the demo experience and on secure servers for paid accounts. We do not sell family data.
Accreditation
Landmark Academy is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC). This accreditation gives every Landmark student a transcript and credential colleges and universities recognize nationwide.
Financial Transparency
Landmark Living History Institute (EIN 41-4512644) is a Missouri nonprofit corporation that received IRS 501(c)(3) public-charity recognition with an effective date of February 26, 2026. The organization is also registered in Texas as a Foreign Nonprofit (File No. 806508458). The founder’s salary from Landmark is $0. All startup costs have been self-funded. Annual Form 990 will be filed and made publicly available per IRS requirements. TEFA funds are administered per Texas Education Freedom Account program rules.
Student & Family Code of Conduct
All Landmark families agree to a shared code of conduct emphasizing respect, academic integrity, and community participation. Full handbook available at enrollment.
Title Protections & Reporting
Landmark Academy complies with applicable federal and state requirements for protected categories, abuse reporting, and safe-school operations. All Landmark guides and staff complete background checks (Torrie Levins: passed).

Landmark Living History Institute is a Missouri 501(c)(3) public charity. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
